November 2014, Meghan & Victoria stood up in front of their family and their closest friends to pledge their forever, faithful, and unending love to each other. It was seriously one of the most moving Ceremonies I have ever had the pleasure of witnessing. From the intimate setting, only 48 guests were present, to Meghan’s Grandfather Officiating the Ceremony, the presence of love surrounding these two was tears of joy evoking to say the least.
I had the pleasure of getting to know Victoria, and Meghan occasionally when she was home from work, over skype, so many emails, phone calls, and texts. Normally, when I assist my couples who are planning from afar we meet for the first time (in person) the week of the Wedding! Well, fate waved it’s hand and I was able to sip on chocolaty cocktails in New York City with V & M in October when I was up there for Bridal Fashion Week! Over the planning months, Victoria expressed to me the vision she and Meghan had for their day as more of a celebration of their love along side their family, being legally married in the state of New York. We worked together creating an A-Team of vendors that I knew would make their day nothing short of magical.
So, without further ado {and please excuse this hell-a long post, I couldn’t choose any less photos}
Here is their love story, captured by Ashley Steeby Photography.
