Kallie and Locke stumbled upon the Ponte Vedra Outpost one day while paddle boarding. They were just dating at the time, but promised that when the day came, that this would be the setting for their special day! Well fast forward to when that dream became their reality!

Traveling from Raleigh, North Carolina to our little corner of North Florida, Kallie and Locke were joined by 280 of their closest family and friends who watched them say I Do with the Intercostal as the backdrop.

No detail was forgotten, from the custom monogram painted by a close friend of the bride, to the welcome bags that included the favorite treats from Kallie, Locke, and their fur baby Moose.

It is no question that I absolutely adored working with Kallie and her family to make this day a memorable one. Hope you enjoy reliving it through these snap shots!

One of our favorite moments from the day was revealing the “men’s lounge” that we created with a different name, Moose’s Hideaway! Through these custom french doors, created specifically for this event from Luxe Party Rentals, there were leather couches, a custom wooden palette wall, and a TV to watch the big games that were also happening on the day.

The reception was a cocktail style, with the different meal stations spread out around the property, Leah with LMS Creative Studio, created this map and timeline for guests to use as a guideline for the night!
