Pearls, Seersucker, Monograms, OH MY!
I always try to make a real connection with each of my brides. It normally isn’t very hard because I am so blessed with not only beautiful girls to work with but very sweet.
Sarah and I met about five months before her big day. We went over all the details that she already had nailed down, a coordinator was the last to check off her list. One of my favorite photogs, Cheryl Joy, recommended her to meet with me and of course it was a perfect fit!
There were some ups and downs over the next few months, one of which was having to move her wedding from Palm Valley Gardens to the Lodge in just two short weeks. Sarah would even say herself, “nothing is easy for Tom and I” but together they get through it. I love her for her strength and even though it was very stressful, she never let it cloud the fact that soon she was going to be married to the man of her dreams.
{Sometimes I wish more brides had her optimistic outlook}
This wedding is the epitome of a Southern Affair with a twist. The beautiful Bride, Sarah is a Southern girl to the core. Raised in Charleston, SC she met the love of her life in Saint Augustine, Fl while going to school at Flagler College. A Yankee. That’s the twist. These two are more than in love, they are best friends. Their wedding was just beauitful and every detail was thought out. The Bride wore a custom made gown and her Grandmother’s antique pearl earrings. Surrounded by Family, Friends, and stems upon stems of white Hydrangea, Sarah and Tom tied the knot at The Lodge and Club in Ponte Vedra Beach, Fl. The weather couldn’t have been more beautiful for these two love birds. That night, we partied the night away with the vocal stylings of Lu Rubino.
Here is what Sarah had to say:
“I love Adair! She is amazing. She went above and beyond to save my special day. Our venue closed a few weeks before our wedding. She help make sure it was a smooth transition. She did everything with a smile on her face. Adair always kept me laughing and smiling even when I was so stressed.
Adair made sure everything ran smoothly and everyone was happy. Any time I needed something she was right there. Even after my wedding she was there to help tie up the lose ends.
If you are looking for a sweet, creative, fun-loving and all around awesome wedding planner Adair is the right choice for you!!!!!”
Thank you Cheryl Joy Photography for capturing all the moments of their special day!
