On March 1, 2014 Chelsey & Brett tied the knot with the backdrop of the St. Johns River. Enjoy their love story and all the amazing details! 
In November of 2012, I got my first email from Chelsey, she was lost and looking for a Wedding Planner. At that point, she was newly engaged and really had no idea where to start. Her biggest question? Where to host the Wedding! 
She had a couple ideas for the perfect venue and they were all great locations in Jacksonville. Then she mentioned, off-handedly, about using the backyard of her childhood home… I told her, look no further! 
I just knew that we had to use the backyard! 
A couple weeks later Chelsey took me to her Father’s home. I drove down a long road, with a great oak tree splitting it down the middle, hanging moss in all the trees, and it lead me all the way to the St. Johns River. I knew we had made the right choice. The setting felt so intimate, romantic, and just plain magical. Now we just had to make the space work for the amount of guests that were being invited! Transforming the front and backyard into three different settings. The Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, and of course Dinner plans developed over many months, countless texts and phone calls, {134+ emails}, and my favorites were always during our meetings at Whole Foods in Mandarin, Fl. 
It was all worth it! As you will see in the photos captured perfectly by Brooke Images Photography, it was absolutely what Chelsey and I had imagined. Chelsey & Brett had a wedding that was a melding of garden and glam, a little of the South mixed with a little of Chels’ Philly-Flaire! In my opinion, it is the perfect reflection of the love these two share.
This is a picture heavy post because there seriously was so many details that helped tell the unique love story of Chelsey & Brett.
