Then the day began! Up first, ME! I shared some important details about the day, which included our Instagram contest — check out all the posts from the attendees #DairingBrideAcademy2015!
and then we talked about “What is a Dairing Bride?” with my top 3 tips to all Brides!
Our next session was with Lauren Grove, editor of The Every Last Detail blog! She broke down all the do’s and don’ts when it comes to “Building YOUR Wedding Budget”. Lauren even brought each attendee a handy-dandy worksheet to help them create their own alongside the experts!
The third session of the day was with Emily, owner of Emily Grace Designs & Oh Deer Creative!

Illumination Films captured the day on video! Can’t wait to see their finished product! Thank you, Jay! |
Finally, it was time for Lunch! I really was inspired by exsisting lemon trees in the garden off the ballroom and adapted a very “Tuscan” feel with Lana, of Fairbanks Florist, to create the perfect tablescapes. From fresh lemons on every table to topiaries of Rosemary! It smelled lovely! One perk of the luncheon, was that each of the Speakers were seated at different tables with the attendees to ask their “hot topic” questions that they may not have asked during their session!
